In accordance with the agenda, the 2015 budget has been examined and unanimously approved.

]]>An interim report on Perform 2020 has also been presented. The Board has strongly supported management's proposals and considers that Air France and KLM’s roadmap towards a better competitiveness must be implemented rapidly.

Regarding KLM cash management, the Board was also informed of questions asked by some Dutch stakeholders and of guidelines that have finally been endorsed. The Board acknowledged that the creation of Air France-KLM group in 2004 was highly beneficial to both airlines and more generally to the Netherlands and France.

Same discussions have been held with Air France.

 

]]>Technical guidelines on KLM, with no excess cash transfer, have been endorsed yesterday by the KLM Supervisory Board and will be implemented under the Air France-KLM Group supervision and leadership.

The coordination in Air France-KLM Group financing is thus enhanced, which is beneficial for both Air France-KLM and its two airlines.
