Appointment within the AFKL Group

Summary

As long planned, Philippe Calavia, Chief Financial Officer of Air France-KLM, will soon retire. Pierre-François Riolacci, currently Veolia Environnement’s Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Finance Officer, will replace him before the end of this year.

Biography of Pierre-François Riolacci

Aged 47, Pierre-François Riolacci is a graduate of the Paris Institute of Political Science (IEP Paris) and holds a Masters degree in private law. Mr.Riolacci held different positions with Total from 1990 to 2000 in the areas of corporate finance, structured finance and investor relations. He was also financial controller for several of Total's subsidiaries.

He joined Veolia Environnement’sFinance department in 2000. In 2003 he became Head of Control and Planning and in 2007 he was appointed Director of Finance, Veolia Environnement Group. In 2010 he became VeoliaEnvironnement Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Finance Officer and a member of its Executive Committee.
